Good morning, members and friends of the Torre Pacheco Golf club. We hope that all of you and your families are well. As you are aware the Government of Spain issued an State of Emergency Alarm, on Friday, March 13, which forced the golf course to close indefinitely, unfortunately without any incomes the possibility of keeping the club’s employees employed is unfeasible. As a result, we have been advised to make all our non-maintenance employees ERTE (temporary un-employed). The maintenance team will continue working all be it at reduced hours, allowing the maintenance service of the golf course so that when we re-open you will find it in perfect condition. The board of directors have had to make the decision to invoice the monthly maintenance fees for April. We believe this is the best solution to continue covering the expenses generated by the maintenance of the golf course i.e. water, electricity, plant protection & gardening personnel. The maintenance fee for the month of April will be offset by 6 green fees per main member. These fees will have an expiration date of 31/12/2020
At the end of April, we will send you another communication in which we will outline the measures we will adopt for the month of May. We are looking forward to all this ending soon and that we can come together for a great golf competition and party.

We transfer all our ENCOURAGEMENT, STRENGTHS AND PATIENCE, to move forward. See you very soon on the golf course “making many birdies”, The board of directors of the Torre Pacheco golf club and all its employees send you a big hug. Greetings
